Rivansh Jewellery Warranty

At Rivansh, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality jewellery. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a 6-month warranty on the plating of all our jewellery products, valid from the date of purchase.

What is Covered:

  • This warranty covers changes in the colour of the plating, significant loss of shine, and blackening of the product.

What is Not Covered:

  • This warranty does not cover any damage caused by:
    • Mishandling, negligence, impact damage, accidents, tampering, or improper use.
    • Normal wear and tear, scratches, and dents.
    • Loss of stones or any other detachable elements.
    • Damage caused by improper cleaning or exposure to harsh chemicals.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

To claim your warranty, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team by phone, email, or live chat within the 6-month warranty period.
  2. Provide your proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
  3. Describe the issue you are experiencing with the plating.
  4. Send a clear picture of the damaged jewellery.

Our customer service team will review your claim and get back to you within 2 business days. If your claim is approved, we will offer you one of the following options:

  • Repair: We will repair the plating of your jewellery at no cost but you have to pay 250 Rs for shipping.

Additional Information:

  • This warranty is only valid for Rivansh branded jewellery.
  • We reserve the right to deny warranty claims that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
  • This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.
