RETURNS, REFUNDS & SHIPPING POLICY
(Including Bullion & Live Silver Rate Products)
1. Returns & Exchanges – Jewellery Orders
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery for unworn, unused, and undamaged jewellery items.
Returned products must reach us within 5–7 days after initiating the return request.
Reverse Pickup
- Reverse pick-up is subject to service availability in your pin code.
- ₹100 reverse shipment fee per order will be deducted at the time of refund (only once per order, regardless of item quantity).
- Pick-up will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, the customer must self-ship the product.
- If self-shipped, ₹100 will be credited to the customer’s bank account (in lieu of courier charges).

Customers must clearly mention the ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the package.
2. Non-Returnable Products – Bullion & Live Rate Silver Items
All bullion products including but not limited to:
- Silver Coins
- Silver Bricks
- Silver Bars
- Investment-grade Silver
- Custom-made silver investment pieces
are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
These items are billed based on live silver market prices. Therefore:
- No cancellations
- No returns
- No exchanges
- No refunds
will be permitted once the order is confirmed.
Any advance payment made towards bullion or live-rate silver products is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
This applies to both prepaid and COD orders.
3. Silver Price Fluctuation & Market Risk Clause
All bullion and live-rate silver products are sold at the prevailing market rate at the time of order confirmation.
Due to the highly volatile nature of precious metal markets:
- Prices may increase or decrease at any time without prior notice.
- Once an order is confirmed, the silver rate is locked.
- No refund or compensation shall be provided due to subsequent market price changes.
- Rivansh Jewels shall not be liable for:
- Market losses
- Notional losses
- Opportunity losses
- Gains foregone arising from fluctuations in silver prices after order confirmation.
- Orders placed with partial or advance payment will be billed at the prevailing live rate at the time of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- If payment is not completed within the agreed timeline, the company reserves the right to:
- Revise the price as per live rates
- Cancel the order
- Adjust advance payment against market difference
- Advance payments made toward bullion transactions are non-refundable and may be forfeited in case of order cancellation or payment default.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks of precious metal price volatility.
4. Product Condition for Returns
- Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.
- Items returned in worn, damaged, altered, or poor condition will not qualify for refund.
- An unboxing video may be required in case of damage claims.
- Original invoice or proof of purchase is mandatory.
5. Customized / Personalized Jewellery
Customized, engraved, or personalized items are non-returnable unless:
- There is a manufacturing defect, or
- An error has occurred from our side.
6. Refund Policy
For Prepaid Orders
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund timeline: 7–10 business days after approval.
- Refunds apply only to prepaid online payments made on our website.
- Bank details provided by the customer will be considered final. Any incorrect details shared will not be the responsibility of the company.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For COD Orders
- Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit (gift card).
- Store credit will be issued within 1–2 working days after return approval.
- Store credit is valid for 1 year.
- Store credits and reward points are non-refundable and redeemable only on our website.
7. Sale / Promotional / Free Product Orders
Orders placed under:
- Buy 1 Get 1 Free
- Free product promotions
- Special sale campaigns
- Clearance items
are not eligible for return or refund.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
Bullion and live-rate silver products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
9. Payment Default Clause (For Bullion Orders)
In case of high-value bullion orders:
- If payment is delayed beyond the agreed timeline,
- Or if the buyer fails to complete payment,
Rivansh Jewels reserves the right to:
- Adjust advance payment toward price differences,
- Recover market loss arising due to rate fluctuation,
- Forfeit the advance payment,
- Cancel the order without further liability.
All advance payments made for bullion orders are strictly non-refundable.
The customer agrees that bullion transactions constitute binding financial commitments due to live commodity pricing.
10. Refund Processing Timeline
Upon receiving the returned product, it will be inspected.
Customers will be notified via email regarding refund approval.
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and in any case within 30 working days from refund confirmation.
11. Shipping Policy
- Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days.
- Free shipping is provided on standard orders.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location and product availability.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
- Any re-shipping costs due to incorrect address will be borne by the customer.
