Returns & Exchanges

    • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date for unworn and undamaged jewelry from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual jewelry item.                                                                                                                                       
    • Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code. An Amount of Maximum 70 Rs will be credited to the customer bank account for orders been shipped back by customer.                                                              
    • For COD orders, a store credit will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return delivery to our office on your registered email address/contact number.                     
    • Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
    • Customers must retain the original receipt or proof of purchase for all return or exchange transactions.
    • Customized or personalized jewelry items are non-returnable unless there is a defect or an error on our part.
    • Refunds for Prepaid Orders will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Refunds will be reflected in your bank account within 7-10 business days. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.                                                                                                                          
    • Payments made with COD option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid by you, which can be used anytime. Store credit are valid upto one year.                                                                                 
    • Reward points or store credits are not refundable; and are only redeemable on our store.                                                                                                                                      
    • Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable                                                                               
    • Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.                                    
    • Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.                                                                                                                   
    • You can get in touch with us about any issues at our customer support portal by dropping a direct message on our Instagram i.e @rivansh.jewels or email- support@rivansh.co. We are available Monday-Sunday between 10 am - 7 pm. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day.                                                         
    • Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. 

REFUNDS FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS

Any items purchased during a Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns. 

Here are some additional tips for returning or exchanging an item:

    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.                                               
    • In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address: Rivansh Warehouse, No-3304, Gh-4a, Sector 20, Panchula, Haryana.                                                                                                                
    • Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 7 business days of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account in case of prepaid and in the form of store credit (gift card) in case of COD.
  • Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase and unboxing video with the return.

Shipping Policy

We strive to process orders promptly and ship them as soon as possible. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and product availability.

    • Shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days.
    • We offer free shipping on all orders.
    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any additional fees due to incorrect addresses will be the responsibility of the customer.
